Kids Fun Run is at 8:00 am and the 5K starts at 8:30 — Northland Arboretum

14250 Conservation Drive — Brainerd, MN (see map)

Take to the trails this summer at the Northland Teal Run, benefitting MOCA!

This fun 5K winds through the beautiful trails of the Brainerd Lakes Area’s Northland Arboretum. The entire family can take part by running or walking in the Northland Teal Run, which includes a 1K Kids Fun Run.

Registrants receive a short-sleeve technical t-shirt and can take part in fun post-race activities. Register today to participate or volunteer and support women and families impacted by ovarian cancer!

Fundraising Tool kit

By setting up a Friends Asking Friends fundraising page, your donations allow MOCA to:

Fund research aimed at discovering an early detection test, better treatment and a cure for ovarian cancer. To date MOCA has funded over 40 research projects.

Reach thousands of physicians & medical students to help them identify ovarian cancer symptoms.

Sponsor Twin Cities, Rochester, Brainerd, St. Cloud and surrounding areas support groups.

Inform hundreds of survivors, caregivers, family and friends at MOCA Community Education Meetings.

Present Public Education Programs throughout the state, at health fairs, community centers, libraries, churches, hospitals, women’s groups, golf events and more.

These donations are made to the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA), a statewide 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Survivor Stories

I want to encourage other survivors to find inner tools that can create new possibilities for themselves despite the disease.

Ovarian cancer survivors share their stories, because no one should have to face this disease alone.
