About MOCA

Started in 1999 by a small group of ovarian cancer survivors, MOCA dedicated to raising awareness and funding the research needed to detect ovarian cancer early and treat it properly.

MOCA has provided more than $4 million in funding for ovarian cancer research at Mayo Clinic, the University of Minnesota and other research institutions. We’ve also developed medical awareness programs that reach hundreds of doctors, nurses and med students each year.

We do more than provide resources for women with ovarian cancer and their families. Through regularly scheduled meetings, newsletters, a comprehensive website and fundraising and educational events, we provide a community for sharing information and making critical connections.

With your help, we can continue our important work in the fight against ovarian cancer. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!

We encourage you to get involved with MOCA by attending one of our Annual Events or by volunteering with us.

Survivor Stories

I want to encourage other survivors to find inner tools that can create new possibilities for themselves despite the disease.

Ovarian cancer survivors share their stories, because no one should have to face this disease alone.
