10.23.13 We’re now less than 2 weeks away from our Spin it Teal event on Saturday, Nov. 2! If you haven’t yet registered, but are wondering what to expect, Joe Ducosin from CycleQuest Studio in Eden Prairie (pictured above) lets us know why anyone who likes to bike can Spin it Teal!
Hello MOCA community! As the owner of CycleQuest Studio in Eden Prairie, I’m proud to have been asked by the team at MOCA to be one of three host cycling studios for the inaugural “Spin it Teal” ovarian cancer fundraiser.
I’ve had two immediate family members impacted by cancer, so I understand how a cancer diagnosis affects the whole family. That’s why I’m excited to be involved in this event that will create awareness and fund research to make a difference for ovarian cancer. At CycleQuest Studio, we take pride in being involved in our surrounding community and helping with deserving causes and organizations like MOCA.
We invite you to join us at CycleQuest Studio – or any of the participating studios – on Saturday, Nov. 2 to take part in a fun and calorie burning 60-minute “Spin it Teal” cycling class that will include great music, giveaway prizes and refreshments.
Whether you’re an experienced indoor/outdoor cyclist or have not been on a bike in a long time, this is an excellent opportunity to give to a great cause, get a cardio workout and hopefully even find a new exercise routine to reach your own personal fitness goals. Don’t be intimidated, just join us and pedal a bike at your own pace. And with winter nearly upon us, working out indoors is more enjoyable and predictable than battling the outdoor elements.
To sign up for the Spin it Teal fundraising cycling class click here to choose a location and time – we’ll be holding our CycleQuest Studio class from 10:30 – 11:30. Arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before the start of class so we can get you set-up properly on the bike and don’t forget a water bottle and towel. Then get ready to Spin it Teal with us!
