Caregiving for a loved one dealing with cancer can be stressful, especially when trying to manage your own fears. Learn tips and tools to relieve stress and find out how to make room for fear and joy during MOCA’s Virtual Living Well: Managing Caregiver Stress, Tuesday, June 8, 7-8 p.m.
During this live virtual meeting, we’ll hear from Michelle Chaffee. Chaffee is an ovarian cancer survivor, professional patient advocate, family caregiver and the founder and CEO of alska, a Minneapolis-based healthcare technology company providing solutions for caregivers. Participants will also learn about Love Labor Project, an organization that provides support to young adult and millennial caregivers, from its Co-Executive Director, Rachel Austin Bernstein.
