MOCA is committed to building a community that represents all women affected by ovarian cancer and where every person, regardless of their age, race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, and religion has access to our services and feels valued and welcome within our organization.

In order to achieve this, we strive to:

• Pursue cultural consciousness throughout our organization through on-going learning and transparent policies on equity, diversity and inclusion.
• Identify and dismantle any inequities or barriers within our policies, programs and services.
• Continue to expand equity, diversity and inclusion within leadership of our organization including our board, staff, committees and advisory bodies.
