We invite you to leave a legacy gift to MOCA by joining our Forever Teal Circle. Becoming a member of our Forever Teal Circle is a meaningful way to ensure that MOCA can continue to change the course of ovarian cancer for years to come.

There are several ways to leave a legacy gift to MOCA.

Some of these methods include:

• Bequests
• Charitable Gift Annuities
• Charitable Remainder Trusts
• Real Estate or Properties
• Life Insurance Policies
• IRA or Retirement Plans
• Other Financial Instruments

To help decide which types of legacy gifts are the best fit for you, please consult with your attorney or financial advisor. Although there are many ways to make a legacy gift, it can be as simple as including the following sample language in a bequest:

I give and bequeath the sum of $___ (or ___% of my estate) to the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, located at 4604 Chicago Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55407, tax ID number 41-1960449, to be used for general purposes.
