Planning on attending a parade this summer or fall? Bring the MOCA float! In this month’s Teal Talk, MOCA Community Support Program Manager Stefanie Gliniany shares a fun way to help MOCA spread awareness about ovarian cancer in cities and towns across Minnesota!

I know many of us will be visiting a parade or two this summer. There are so many to choose from in our state! Did you know MOCA has a beautiful Teal Ribbon Float to help raise awareness about ovarian cancer? Over the years MOCA supporters have enjoyed taking our float to a number of parades at the Minnesota State Fair, Grand Old Days, Glenwood Parade, Riverboat Days, 4th of July festivals and many more.

Are you interested in taking MOCA’s Teal Ribbon Float to a parade or community event in your area? The float is available for our supporters to “check-out” and tow behind a vehicle. If you have a parade in mind that MOCA could be a part of or want more information about the MOCA float, please reach out to me at sglinany@mnovarian.org.
