STEFANIE GLINIANY

In this month’s Teal Talk, MOCA Community Support Program Manager Stefanie Gliniany explains our new Lunch and Learn opportunities and invites you to submit ideas for future meetings!

I am so excited for our new Lunch and Learn programs. These live, virtual meetings will offer an opportunity to for us to gather, connect and learn ways to take charge of our health and well-being. We’ll explore a variety of  topics that will allow you to engage with MOCA and other survivors  in a new way!

Lunch and Learns will take place various weekdays throughout the year from 12-1 p.m. so you can join during your lunch time –whether  at work or  from the comfort of your own home. We invite survivors to connect with use whether they live in the Twin Cities,  greater Minnesota or nearby states.

I hope you’ll join us for our first Lunch and Learn on March 24th as we discuss Writing for Wellness. Whether you’re a survivor, loved one, caregiver or friend, we expect everyone will enjoy this program and learn a bit about the positive benefits of writing. Register to join us for this free program and give it a try!

Do you have ideas to suggest for future Lunch and Learns? Please send your thoughts to me at sgliniany@mnovarian.org.
