Judy Kessel joined the MOCA Board of Directors in 2022. She has been involved with MOCA for many years. Judy considers herself a “creative connector.” Now retired, she was founder and President of StoneArch, a national health care marketing and advertising agency, for 38 years. During that time, the agency provided many pro bono projects for MOCA. StoneArch continues to support MOCA’s marketing and communications efforts in several ways.
Judy has a master’s degree in communications/education. She spent several years developing medical education programs for Medtronic before starting her own agency in 1984. Judy has always been passionate about health care, and for the past 18 years has been a volunteer courier for the National Marrow Donor Program (Be The Match). Judy and her husband, Orrie, winter in Florida. There, Judy was President of her homeowner association for eight years and was a member of the community marketing board. She is currently a member of the Strategic Planning Committee (helping to plan for the future) for the 1,300-home community.
Judy and Orrie have four grandchildren. Judy is a golfer, swimmer (recently won a first place in the Florida Senior Games for her age category), biking and pickleball. Judy and her husband reside in Estero, Florida and Minnetonka.
Judy’s goal is to help MOCA continue to make a difference for those who have or will have ovarian cancer.
