Stefanie Gliniany joined MOCA in October 2016 as the Community Support Program Manager. In this role, she manages MOCA’s Community Support programs such as community education meetings, support groups, MOCA Mentor Program, health fairs, Survivors Teaching Students® program, as well as providing individual support to women, family and friends touched by ovarian cancer.
Before joining MOCA, Stefanie has provided mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings. Stefanie has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
As a cancer survivor, Stefanie has a strong passion for helping others affected by cancer. She feels humbled to walk along-side those in their cancer journey and is grateful to be part of such an amazing organization like MOCA.
When she’s not working, Stefanie can be found spending time with her husband, Tim and two young kids, Henrik and Harlow. They love doing anything outdoors, such as camping, hiking, boating, or having bonfires in their backyard.
