The National Cancer Institute (NCI) has a comprehensive section on their website called, Information on Clinical Trials. The NCI also provides a Clinical Trial Search Tool, available here.
The Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance offers a Clinical Trials Navigation Service for those dealing with ovarian and gynecologic cancer.
